Her career of over 35 years spans several industries and sectors  – IT Services, Education & Training, International Business, Education Consulting and Publishing. SIGNIFICANT INTITIATIVES

Preeti’s vision to create a culture based on multiculturalism, and an inclusive approach with people across geographies, styles, and perspectives, led to a significant  impact on engagement, innovation, and revenue at TCS.

She created the Coaching Centre of Excellence (CCoE) and Leadership Academy (LeaD) to bring sharp focus to the ongoing development of senior leadership and women leaders across TCS’ presence in 47 countries. Preeti drove a fresh approach to Systemic Leadership Development, enhancing employee engagement and ensuring retention of key talent. She led several large-scale Coaching-driven leadership initiatives and also the Leadership Accelerator Program for Women Leaders. Her expertise in learning science and pedagogy, curriculum development, assessments and certifications are the bedrock of the LeaD Academy which offers learning / training initiatives in leadership, coaching,  culture, business behaviours and DEI.

Preeti built TCS’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Culture function ground-up globally and shaped it as a business driver: integrating DEI with TCS’ business imperatives and consulting with TCS’ clients in re-designing their DEI and Culture strategies. She also built TCS’ global Supplier Diversity Program, reporting direct/indirect spend to 700 clients and taking the organizational diverse spend to 47%. She was instrumental in establishing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to provide a safe space for communities to learn, ideate, share experiences, and hold meaningful dialogue.

Preeti’s work with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) involved the creation of a Gender Parity Index to track and measure Gender Equality and Parity in corporate India, and 2 Research Reports on the state of gender equality, equity and parity in Indian workplaces; all of which have served as reference points for policy design by organizations and Government agencies.
