"The most meaningful way to live and lead is to help others find and sustain their sense of fulfillment."

After 35 years of working in various spheres of life, and across industries and cultures, I know that fulfillment is our core driver. It’s a lifelong quest: we try to achieve fulfillment through our relationships with ourselves, others, work, and connection with the unseen force we call spirit, nature, or God. We know when we are fulfilled through how we relate and operate and the impact we have.

Fulfillment is not an end state, but we see more and more of it when we grasp its essence. It’s an inside-out experience - a deep sense of recognition and calm that comes from living a meaningful life, and being able to navigate the curve balls that life throws us. It’s a feeling of wholeness that emerges from aligning with our purpose and accomplishing our goals.

In moments of fulfillment, we rise beyond our sensory experience and claim that part of ourselves that recognizes there is something greater than us, and that we are a part of the greater cosmic whole, which is interconnected and interdependent.
